Booking & Payments
To reserve your session or event date, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required. Payment details are outlined in your client contract.

Delivery Timeline
Edited images are delivered via online galleries by the timeline in your contract. RAW or unedited images are not provided.

Copyright & Licensing
All photos and videos are the copyrighted property of Weaver Media. Clients receive a personal-use license only. Commercial use requires written permission.

Usage Guidelines
Clients may not resell, edit, or submit images for contests, publications, or commercial use without permission. Weaver Media reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are defined in your individual service contract. Retainers are generally non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for issues outside of our control, such as weather, emergencies, or technical failures. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate or reschedule.
